Terms and Conditions

1. Prices stated are all non-negotiable and in Ringgit Malaysia.
2. All items are 100% BRAND NEW.
3. Buy at your own risk. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable. Please refer the Shoe Size Conversion Table to avoid mistake. The best or accurate way is to check in centimeter (cm).
4. Goods sold are on first-pay-first-serve basis.

5. If the item you ordered is out of stock, a full REFUND will be made to you.
6. NO CANCELLATION of order once payment has been made. Refund will not be given for cancellation of goods.
7. Prices stated are INCLUSIVE of postage fee(UNLESS stated otherwise). However we will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
8. SERIOUS BUYER ONLY. Please be considerate, underneath every picture have the details of the item, please read carefully and don't ask the question that you've already know the answer. Please notify if u suddenly want to cancel your order. Buyers who back-out without notifying will be blacklisted.
9. Colors MAY VARY a little from the pictures due to lighting. Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown may not correspond 100% to the actual item.
10. All photos are SUPPLIED by manufacturer. Size & measurement are also given by the manufacturer.
11. DO NOT BUY IF you prefer high quality product or very sensitive with the product quality/color/size different form photo to avoid any unhappy circumstances occurs.
12. Please DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.
13. Please note that no original shoe box will be provided during shipping, we will use other box to ship it. All shoes are IMPORTED from overseas factory and we are using air freight to ship the shoe so that buyer may get it earlier. Therefore if shoe box is included, the air freight will be higher, as the result the shoe price will be higher as well.
